Technologies
The Antelope Audio Zen Go Synergy Core is a Thunderbolt bus-powered audio interface with 4 inputs, 8 outputs, 2 discrete ultra-linear preamps, 24-bit / 192 kHz conversion, 64-bit jitter management technology, Synergy Core platform based on DSP and FPGA processors for real-time effects processing and a collection of 37 Synergy Core effects.
For receiving microphone/line/instrument signals, the back panel features two combo-XLR inputs. For output to monitors, headphones, or speakers, there are TRS and RCA stereo outputs, as well as two headphone outputs with separate gain controls. If you need to record multiple signal sources simultaneously, an external microphone preamp can be connected to the audio interface via S/PDIF ports. An additional USB-C port with Reverse Charging function for powering external devices is also provided.
On the top panel of the sound card, there is a display providing access to most settings, a master knob, and 3 function buttons. Users can change channel routing, volume levels, panoramas, as well as call up effects and save configurations with all necessary settings.
The proprietary converters offer a level headroom of up to 127 dB and ensure extended low-frequency detail and high-quality sound. The super-linear transistor topology allows for recording with the highest accuracy and resolution. The Zen Go Synergy Core is equipped with 64-bit Acoustically Focused Clocking technology borrowed directly from devices used in some of the most prestigious studios worldwide.
Effects
The audio interface comes with 37 carefully selected and in-demand effects. Compressors, equalizers, microphone preamps, guitar amplifiers, and cabinets together with the signature AuraVerb program provide everything needed for work without additional costs.
In addition to the 37 free effects, the constantly expanding Synergy Core library offers over 50 additional extensions, including emulations of classic effects such as Liverpool Grove Hill and legendary Gyratec equalizers, as well as third-party effects like Auto-Tune Antares and Inertia's Instinct.
The Loopback function allows you to send your mixes containing any signal source from the interface inputs and DAW playback back to the virtual inputs of your computer for easy online streaming setup.
