Antelope Audio Galaxy 32 Synergy Core
The Antelope Audio Galaxy 32 Synergy Core is a professional audio interface designed for recording studios, production, and broadcast studios. It features 32 channels and works with Dante, HDX, and Thunderbolt standards. Supporting audio at 24-bit / 192 kHz with a wide dynamic range and ultra-low harmonic distortion.
Features:
- The proprietary 64-bit AFC technology provides a wide stereo image with high detail.
- High-resolution ADC/DAC ensures artifact-free recording with a 130 dB headroom without coloration or signal degradation.
- Includes 37 Synergy Core effects modeled after classic and rare analog equipment.
- Four built-in low-latency stereo mixers with 32 input channels each, adjustable levels, panning, and reverb.
- Two 1.8” IPS screens for independent signal monitoring.
- Standalone operation without a computer connection.
- Wireless control of software functions from a separate computer connected to the same network.
The interface connects to the computer via a high-speed Thunderbolt port. Dante protocol support allows connection to IP audio networks or creation of digital networks with up to 64 input and output channels. Two HDX ports easily integrate with Pro Tools and support up to 64 channels in/out at 192 kHz. Simply connect an Ethernet LAN cable to utilize the interface's capabilities and conversion. An additional mirror port is available for redundancy.
The interface features MADI, ADAT, and S/PDIF digital I/O. Monitor outputs allow connection of active monitors. The Galaxy 32 Synergy Core acts as a master clock, ensuring jitter-free processing with 64-bit AFC technology. Wordclock outputs, Wordclock input, and 10M input ensure proper synchronization with various equipment.
Custom presets allow instant optimization of the interface for different purposes. The Galaxy 32 Synergy Core includes a set of 37 Antelope effects that model renowned equipment: preamps, input channels, equalizers, compressors.
With six DSP and two FPGA processors, easy access to effects for recording and mixing with minimal latency and without overloading the computer's processor. Interface control is via functional keys on the unit. Operation info is displayed on two small color screens.
Integration with Pro Tools HDX
The Galaxy 32 Synergy Core seamlessly integrates with Pro Tools via two HDX ports, supporting 64 channels in/out even at 192 kHz thanks to a unique FPGA configuration. This eliminates the need for additional equipment to record and mix such a high number of channels at such a high sampling rate. Combined with low-latency monitoring features and hardware insert delay compensation, the wide connection options of the Galaxy 32 Synergy Core and flawless data conversion make your Pro Tools system as powerful as possible.
Dolby Atmos Immersive Sound Support
The interface supports a full Dolby Atmos immersive audio monitoring system compatible with over 23 audio formats from stereo to Dolby Atmos 9.1.6. It offers precise tools for speaker and room calibration, intuitive monitoring control, and a quick preset recall function for increased productivity.
The multi-channel module allows connection of all equipment to a 1U rack-mountable unit. Besides serving as a patchbay module, the interface handles all routing, recording, and monitoring functions, making it easy to connect multiple rooms. Using the Galaxy 32 Synergy Core as the center of your setup means less complexity and flawless conversion of all connected equipment.
While primary control of the card occurs in the software control panel, the keys allow for changing settings after configuring the current session in the software.
