Updated Keyboard
A new feature of the MPK Mini MK3 is the improved dynamic keyboard with sensitivity to force and pressure. It ensures maximum responsiveness when playing different tones, from pianos to synthesizer leads.
Control Elements
In addition to the keyboard, the Akai MPK Mini MK3 features 8 assignable pads previously used on flagship models from the MPC series. These pads, like the keys, are sensitive to pressure and are suitable for creating drum parts and playing samples.
The rotary knobs on the MPK Mini MK3 are designed for quickly adjusting any assignable parameter in the music application being used. They can be assigned to control the equalizer, change the synthesizer tone, or fine-tune the reverb.
Display Feedback
The new OLED display on the Akai MPK Mini MK3 provides visual feedback, showing the selected DAW mode, velocity, CC, and other useful information from the editor. This allows you to focus on your creativity rather than on the computer screen.
Performer Tools
Note repeat, arpeggiator, and omnidirectional joystick are reliable functions without which the MPK Mini MK3 would not be itself. All of these elements have been successfully carried over from the previous model.
