Soulution is owned by Spemot Corporation, a company based in the Swiss city of Dulliken. Spemot is a well—known developer and manufacturer of electronic devices and electric motors used in the automotive industry and other fields, including professional catering equipment. The company has extensive experience in innovative customized solutions that meet the specific needs of customers.

The soulution brand for premium audio was created by Cyril Hammer and Roland Manz, two managing directors of Spemot, both passionate lovers of high-quality audio. The couple are long-time Swiss distributors of Hi-Fi & Records magazine. Having owned and heard the best amplifiers produced by American and Japanese manufacturers, they decided to challenge and create a family of audio products that would set a new and even higher standard.

The outstanding sound qualities of soulution products should also be supported by the design of the case, both visually and by its construction. Due to their size, it was clear that they should optimally integrate into the listening room/living room to enjoy not only their sound beauty, but also their appearance. Therefore, the design of the case was carried out with the same care and professionalism as the development of electronics.
