S by Solar

S by Solar is a budget-friendly subdivision (sub-brand) of Solar Guitars, launched in 2023 by Swedish guitarist and popular YouTuber Ola Englund. The brand was created to offer beginners and budget-conscious musicians high-quality instruments for heavy music at the most affordable price point possible.

While the main Solar line targets professionals and advanced players, "S by Solar" is designed to be the "first serious instrument" for a novice. Unlike the main series, which is produced in Indonesia, S by Solar instruments are assembled in China, allowing the company to maintain a lower price threshold.

The lineup includes both 6-string and 7-string electric guitars, as well as bass guitars. Models are offered in various configurations, ranging from simple fixed-bridge instruments to versions equipped with licensed Floyd Rose tremolo systems. The brand's primary aesthetics focus on sleek matte finishes, such as Carbon Black and White Matte.
