Official guarantee
All products sold are covered by an official warranty. The buyer has the right to present to the seller the requirements provided for by the law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" in relation to defects in the goods only if they are discovered during the warranty period. The decision to return, exchange or warranty repair is made by the appropriate service center that provides warranty support for the product.
Guarantee period
The warranty period of the product, as well as its service life, is indicated in the warranty card or other document at the discretion of the manufacturer, and is calculated from the moment the buyer purchases the product.
Exceptions
Products that have:
- Mechanical damage
- Traces of product opening
- Operating violations
