SPS-5000 Speaker Stands
The SPS-5000 stands are specially designed for the NS-5000 speaker systems. To provide sturdy support for the NS-5000 without producing unwanted sounds, all four legs of each stand are made of cast aluminum. The support legs have smoothly rounded surfaces and form a 42° angle relative to the front panel of the speaker systems to minimize the reflection effect of the sound they emit.
Additionally, to ensure the tweeters of the NS-5000 are at the same level as the ears of the listener, the stands have a height of 304mm (including spikes) – taller than standard bookshelf speakers (300mm) – which helps minimize floor reflections. The stands come with spikes that can be adjusted to regulate the height.
Featuring steel spikes and height adjusters for stability, the SPS-5000 stands allow for height adjustment while the included spikes limit unwanted vibrations. The spikes can be replaced with rubber feet if necessary for specific installation locations. The stands also come with height adjustment mechanisms (braces) to prevent instability of the speaker systems. Special screws are included for attaching the speaker systems to the stands.
The solid 8kg base with aluminum legs provides 100% vibration resistance.
The four supports, made entirely of aluminum, with a combined weight of 8kg, give the stands incredible stability and minimize vibrations to an absolute minimum.
