Yamaha R-N800A network stereo receiver has a wide range of functions and powerful sound, which makes it an excellent choice for creating a modern audio system. The device is designed in accordance with the proprietary ToP-ART concept, which implies the most accurate sound transmission through the use of selected components and special technical solutions. Yamaha R-N800A is made in the case of laconic design, on the front panel of which there are all the main controls. In the lower part there is a display showing the stereo receiver operation modes.

The model is built on an anti-resonance chassis and equipped with damping supports to protect its circuits from external vibrations. Yamaha R-N800A terminal amplifiers are made on discrete components, and high-current transistors are installed in the output stages. They develop 2 x 100W (8 ohms) and have high load damping, which means good compatibility even with “complex” speakers. Both channels are mounted on separate boards to eliminate crosstalk. Yamaha R-N800A is equipped with two optical and two coaxial inputs, USB-C connector for signal transfer from PC. DAC on ESS SABRE ES9080Q chip processes digital data with parameters up to 32 bits / 384 kHz and DSD 11.2 MHz.
Analog section in Yamaha R-N800A is represented by three line inputs, MM-sound input of a vinyl player. On the rear panel of the stereo receiver there is an output from a preamplifier and an output to an active subwoofer. Two pairs of switched output terminals for connecting speakers will allow you to sound two rooms. You can listen to music from the headphone output.
The network functionality of Yamaha R-N800A provides the ability to play content via DLNA protocol, as well as with the help of MusicCast or AirPlay technologies. Connection to the network is made via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. There is also a built-in Bluetooth receiver, which can work both for receiving and transmitting signals.
You can use YPAO's proprietary auto-calibration system (measurement microphone included) to fine-tune the system's sound to your listening environment.
