Modern and efficient hybrid power amplifier - Vincent SP-332. Among the features of the model, we highlight the presence of VU meters, which are harmoniously located on the front panel of the device.
Features:
- Tube model: 2 x 6N16, 1 x 6N10;
- Frequency range 20 Hz - 50,000 Hz;
- Signal-to-noise ratio: 91 dB;
- Power per channel: 4 Ohm 250 W, 8 Ohm 150 W.
The Vincent SP-332 hybrid power stereo amplifier was created with the aim of maximum compatibility with the new Vincent SA-32 hybrid preamplifier. As a result of a review by the company's engineers of the Vincent SP-331 power amplifier, the new SP-332 amplifier was born.
The first thing that catches the eye when looking at the novelty and makes the amplifier recognizable is the VU meters on the front panel. The color backlight and status LEDs can be switched between 4 color modes - red, blue, green, and white using a switch on the rear panel.
Inside the amplifier, two 6N16 tubes - one per channel - form the input stage, giving the sound signal a certain warmth and naturalness. The output stage uses 8 large FET transistors which deliver 150 W per channel into an 8 Ohm load. This is more than enough to easily control even complex speaker systems.
The necessary power is provided by a 500 W toroidal transformer. Epcos capacitors with a capacity of 80,000 uF buffer it, creating a powerful and deep bass foundation. Voltage stabilization is carried out using a 6N15 tube. Connection of a preamplifier can be done in both standard and symmetrical schemes.
