Apollo x4 features four Unison microphone preamps, allowing you to use precise emulations from Neve, Helios, API, Manley, UA, and more. Unison technology accurately models the sound of microphone preamps, including their input impedance, circuit behavior at the component level of original equipment, and sound characteristics. Unison modeling technology is also used on the two Hi-Z instrument inputs on the front panel of Apollo x4, providing full impedance matching and gain alignment for models of Fender, Marshall, Ampeg, and many other guitar and bass amplifiers.
