  • Elite class Apollo X Gen 2 converters with 24-bit / 192kHz resolution
  • 10 x 6 Thunderbolt audio interface with DUO Core DSP processing

  • Calibration for main monitor and headphones with Apollo Monitor Correction based on Sonarworks
  • Includes up to 50+ UAD plugins

  • Updated UAD Console application with features like Auto-Gain, Plug-In Scenes, subwoofer integration with Bass Management, support for immersive audio, and more

Straight out of the box, Apollo Twin X provides you with tools used in the world's largest studios. Along with Teletronix LA-2A compressors, Pultec equalizers, and Marshall and Ampeg amplifiers, you can access the entire library of over 200 UAD plugins and discover timeless sounds created in Ocean Way Studios, Capitol Chambers, and many other renowned facilities.

Now with a 2nd generation design, Apollo Twin X is equipped with the highest resolution DACs in UA history combined with Apollo Monitor Correction based on Sonarworks.® This means that when playing sound through monitors or headphones, you will not only hear the most pristine representation of your recordings, but also be pleasantly surprised when listening to the final mix or master.

Apollo Twin X features two microphone preamps with Unison support, allowing you to use precise emulations of preamps from Neve, Helios, API, Manley, UA, and many more. Unison technology accurately models the sound of microphone preamps, including their input impedance, circuit behavior at the component level of the original equipment, and tonal characteristics. Unison modeling technology is also used on the Hi-Z instrument input on the front panel of Apollo Twin X, providing full impedance matching and gain staging for Fender, Marshall, Ampeg, and many other guitar and bass amp models.

Desktop audio interfaces like Apollo are used to create recordings every day, with thousands of hits and Grammy-winning albums. To enhance the previous generation Apollo Twin, UA engineers have installed new elite converters in Apollo Twin X, achieving stunning dynamic range of 127 dB and -117 dB THD + N, providing Apollo Twin X with transparent and organic sound that easily rivals specialized high-end "Mastering" class converters.

Building on the Apollo series traditions, Twin X offers an impressive range of classic instruments for real-time recording and mixing with UAD plugins. With powerful built-in UAD-2 processing, Apollo Twin X allows for recording and mixing with UAD plugins with almost zero latency. Among the extensive collection of plugins, you'll find authentic emulations of best-selling gear from Neve, Studer, Helios, API, Lexicon, Manley, Fender, Capitol Studios, and many more.

In addition to the two microphone preamps with Unison modeling, Apollo Twin X offers a headphone output and Hi-Z instrument input. With two line outputs, an optical input, ADAT/SPDIF output, expanded monitor section, and built-in Talkback microphone, Apollo Twin X can become the powerful centerpiece of your professional studio.
