Unique Melody MASON FuSang Universal In-Ear Monitors

The Unique Melody MASON FuSang Universal is a pair of in-ear monitors featuring a unique dual-sided bone conduction driver and balanced armature drivers.

Bone Conduction Driver

Unlike traditional approaches, bone conduction technology is capable of transmitting specific sound frequencies directly to the inner ears through bone vibrations in the inner shell. The sound path is as follows: sound signal - bone conduction driver - skull bones - cochlea - auditory nerve. Read more about this technology in our blog.

This dual-sided driver emits signals in both directions towards the earphone housing and the faceplate. The driver operates within a wide range from 500 Hz to 20 kHz.

12 Balanced Armature Drivers

The MASON FuSang utilizes a 12-driver balanced armature setup. Four drivers are responsible for the bass frequencies, four drivers reproduce the mid-range, two drivers handle the upper mid-range, and two drivers cover the high-frequency range. The upgraded dual-sided bone conduction dBCS system ensures a complete range of improvements. The MASON FuSang's frequency range can reach up to 35 kHz.

The headphones employ 3D printing technology for their internal structure. A liquid photosensitive resin is scanned with ultraviolet light to harden layer by layer into the desired shape. This optimizes sound transmission and reduces unwanted distortions, resulting in a much more coherent sound with significantly improved soundstage and frequency coherence.

Purple Charm Custom Litz Copper Cable

The Purple Charm cable features 8 Litz copper conductors with 24AWG gold plating. Each individual conductor is independently enameled. High-quality materials with thicker black enamel were used, which are much more effective in signal transmission compared to traditional enameled cables. The cable utilizes a medical-grade PVC material as the dielectric, providing a better user experience and a dielectric permeability closer to modern standards.
