In the design of the Stax SRM-700S amplifier, the developers at STAX have implemented numerous innovations that were previously not used in their equipment. For example, at the input, they have used custom-made dual operational amplifiers on field-effect transistors with extremely low noise levels and high gain coefficients with imperceptible distortion. And for the first time in the company's history, they have used circuit solutions on field-effect transistors with a controlling PN-junction (J-FET) in the output stage.
