Description
The diameter of the microphone capsule 013 is 25mm - too large to be considered a small-diaphragm microphone, but at the same time small enough to be classified as a large-diaphragm capsule - that's why it's "in the middle". Its design allows it to capture the best of both small-diaphragm and large-diaphragm capsules: realistic transient response and high frequencies, as well as a balanced and rich low end, making the 013 series microphones the most versatile in the Soyuz microphone line.
They can be used anywhere: from drums to pianos, from acoustic guitars to double basses, from snare drums to orchestras; they can even be a great choice for some vocalists.
