Product Description
Theoretically, it can be used as a portable device, but it was designed as a true stationary component. The M30 is quite heavy and large, equipped with inputs and outputs suitable for home use.
The modular design allows for future upgrades and customization of the device. The player supports multiple streaming services, including Tidal, Spotify, Qobuz, and others.
Enjoy the best of both worlds
The Shanling M30 has a hybrid architecture, using both vacuum tube and transistor technologies in the player. As for semiconductor signal, the M30 is equipped with 2 ADI ADA4610-2 amplification modules and 4 Ti BUF634 modules, while the tube cascade of the M30 is equipped with 2 Korg Nature 6P1 tubes. The M30 has three output modes: direct, transport, and tube.
Fully modular design
Shanling engineers have developed a unique modular construction. As a result, the M30 can be upgraded and reconfigured over time.
Dual AKM DACs
The Shanling M30 features two AKM AK4497 DAC chips and two Ti OPA1662 operational amplifiers for smooth signal decoding and rendering. The AKM AK4497 is a widely known chip used in flagship stationary Hi-Fi components, supporting high-resolution signal decoding with ultra-low distortion and a clean background. The player can process PCM up to 32-bit/384 kHz and has native support for DSD512. It also supports DSD upsampling and MQA decoding.
Multiple input/output modes
The Shanling M30 comes with a variety of input/output options. It can accept analog signals through RCA, and digital signals through coaxial, optical, 2x USB-A, USB-B, USB-C, and Ethernet inputs. For headphone output, the Shanling M30 supports 4-pin XLR, 4.4 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.5 mm PRO balanced outputs, and unbalanced 6.35 mm/3.5 mm output. The Shanling M30 is ready for any usage scenario.
HD wireless connectivity support
The Shanling M30 supports high-resolution wireless connectivity through dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4/5 GHz) and high-resolution Bluetooth codecs like LDAC, LHDC, aptX HD, and others. Enjoy flawless high-resolution music wirelessly with the M30.
