Description

The Sennheiser XSW 2-ME2-B is a wireless radio system that is part of the XS Wireless 2 series. The package includes an EM-XSW 2 receiver, a SK-XSW belt pack transmitter, a ME 2-2 lapel microphone, an NT 12-5 CW power supply, and two AA batteries. Additionally, the box contains mounting accessories for rack installation and a soft case. The system operates in the frequency range of 614 - 638 MHz.

The wireless EM-XSW 2 receiver from the Sennheiser XSW 2-ME2-B set features two spaced external antennas on BNC connectors and a metal housing. It has outputs on a balanced XLR connector and an unbalanced 1/4" TS Jack. It supports 12 channels with 8 banks each. The front panel has a graphical LCD display that shows the active channel number, frequency, signal level, battery charge, and additional information. On the housing, there are additional buttons for adjustment and synchronization, as well as a large volume control knob. The receiver also has an automatic frequency management function. The NT 12-5 CW power supply operates at a voltage of 100-240 Volts.

The SK-XSW belt pack transmitter from the Sennheiser XSW 2-ME2-B set is designed to connect to line sources, instruments, and microphones. It can be used in conjunction with XSW 1 Wireless and XSW 2 Wireless systems. It is commonly used by vocalists, musicians, and speakers, and has a 3.5 mm mini-Jack connector for microphone connection. The transmitter operates on two AA batteries for approximately 10 hours and has a battery charge indicator on the housing. The moisture-resistant ABS plastic housing can withstand harsh operating conditions in aggressive environments.

The ME2-2 miniature lapel microphone included in the Sennheiser XSW 2-ME2-B set is designed for vocalists or speakers. It has an omnidirectional polar pattern with high speech intelligibility and a pre-polarized capacitor capsule. The microphone's simple clothing attachment makes it highly discreet. It has a 3.5 mm mini-Jack connector, making it compatible with Evolution, AVX, SpeechLine Digital Wireless, XS Wireless, and many other wireless transmitters. The package includes a clothing clip for attachment.
