This microphone has an exceptionally flat frequency response and does not color sounds outside of its directional axis, thus maintaining the overall sound quality.
The MK 4 is characterized by balanced mid frequencies and bright lows. At the same time, the microphone exhibits typical frequency-independent cardioid directional characteristics.
The MK 4 is based on the 1-inch diaphragm e 965 condenser capsule.
The durable metal housing with an anti-glare coating and the independent suspension of the capsule make this microphone suitable for use in the most challenging conditions.
Structural noise suppression can be improved by using the elastic suspension, which is offered as an option.
