Set of Three Sennheiser E 835 Microphones

Features:

  • Frequency range: 40 Hz to 16 kHz
  • Durable metal casing
  • Excellent feedback and off-axis sound suppression
  • Shock-mounted capsule
  • Effective reduction of structural noise
  • Balanced frequency response
  • Warm, transparent tonal balance
  • Built-in electromagnetic interference suppression coil

The Sennheiser E 835 is a dynamic microphone designed for vocal and backing vocal amplification on stage. It is specially optimized for high-pressure sources. The microphone effectively rejects off-axis sounds and feedback. Equipped with a shock-mounted capsule, electromagnetic interference suppression coil, and a silent on/off switch with a lock.

The cardioid polar pattern provides good gain before feedback, and its uniform pattern enables excellent sound capture in a narrow area. The microphone is optimized for vocal transmission in studio and stage settings. It uses an XLR connector for connectivity. The microphone features a solid metal casing with a highly durable grille for capsule protection. The sturdy housing and internal attenuator create a shield against handling noise. The frequency response of 40 Hz to 16 kHz covers the entire necessary spectrum and is optimized for vocal applications.

These microphones are very sensitive. They require an external power supply and are hung up to ceiling

Словарь терминов
Impedance, Ohms

No higher than 32 Ohms for smartphone headphones. When using a good player or amplifier, it can be up to 100 Ohms. For stationary models you should coordinate the impedance with the amplifier power

Glossary of terms
350
Microphone polar pattern

Omnidirectional, cardioid and supercardioid. It determines the sensitivity of the microphone to sound relative to the direction or angle, i.e. shows how well the microphone "hears" sound from different sides

Glossary of terms
cardioid

The polar pattern of the microphone that picks up the sound in front of it.

Словарь терминов
Microphone type
dynamic

The membrane of a dynamic microphone picks up sound waves, which make a coil located in a magnetic field move.
