The Sennheiser EM 100 G4 is a professional RF receiver from the Evolution wireless system series. The device is compatible with any transmitter from the Evolution 100 G4 line. Signal transmission is done in the RF range of 626 - 668 MHz (B), and the working range in space can reach 100 meters under ideal conditions. The receiver has a semi-rack mount form factor, so it doesn't take up much space and can be installed in a rack using the included GA 3 mounting bracket. Two of these devices form a standard 1U enclosure.
High-precision audio signal reception is ensured by two detachable antennas that connect to the BNC connectors. The receiver offers a bandwidth of up to 42 MHz, up to 20 compatible channels, and a noise suppression function with three modes (low, medium, and high). In addition, there is an equalizer with four presets: Flat, Low Cut (-3 dB, 180 Hz), Low Cut/High Boost (-3 dB, 180 Hz/+6 dB, 10 kHz), High Boost (+6 dB, 10 kHz). For automatic synchronization between the receiver and transmitter, there is a Sync button that instantly finds an available frequency when pressed. All selected parameters are displayed on the built-in LCD display, and functions are controlled using several buttons on the housing. The sound can be output to an acoustic system, amplifier, or mixer using one of the two outputs: balanced XLR connector and unbalanced 1/4" Jack TS. There are also two RJ10 ports for synchronizing up to 12 connected receivers simultaneously. Power is provided by a 12V DC adapter.
