Description

The Sennheiser e 906 is a dynamic instrument microphone with a supercardioid polar pattern, designed for amplifying guitar and bass cabinets and combo amplifiers, but also excellent for drums, percussion, and brass instruments. This microphone's unique feature is its different sound profiles, with a switch offering three tonal coloration positions: Bright, Normal, and Smooth.

The Sennheiser e 906 features a metal body and a capsule with shock mount suspension. It virtually eliminates handling noise and allows the microphone to withstand the inevitable drops and shocks of touring conditions. The coil protects against electromagnetic interference. The XLR connector has gold-plated contacts.
