RODE VXLR Pro is a transformer-balanced adapter that converts a 3.5mm jack to an XLR connector.
It features an internal transformer that converts an unbalanced signal to a balanced one, making it perfect for connecting microphones with unbalanced outputs to mixers or interfaces. The premium-grade components ensure an extremely low noise level, even with long cables.
The VXLR Pro also converts 12-48V phantom power to a usable 4V power, allowing microphones like the VideoMicro and VideoMic GO to be powered by XLR devices.
