Reissue on double vinyl of the first hits compilation by the legendary British rock band Queen, released in 1981.
Founded in 1970 by Roger Taylor and Brian May, the Queen band also included vocalist Freddie Mercury and bassist John Deacon.
Queen achieved success in 1975 with the release of the album "A Night at the Opera," which was their fourth in the band's discography and proved to be pivotal for their development.
The album went quadruple platinum, and the song "Bohemian Rhapsody" was accompanied by a unique music video with special effects that were almost unheard of at the time. Queen gained international fame not only in the UK but also in Canada, the US, and Japan. The band released fifteen studio albums, with eighteen of their hits reaching the top of various charts.
After the death of vocalist Freddie Mercury, Queen virtually stopped producing studio albums but continued to perform live, collaborating with renowned musicians.
