This model is easy to set up and use, providing natural and clean sound. The turntable is handmade at the company's own factory in Europe.

The turntable chassis is made of a solid MDF plate to protect it from vibrations, with an 8-layer coating applied by hand. The turntable body is resistant to mechanical damage and looks attractive. Debut EVO 2 comes with height-adjustable dampened metal feet for perfect leveling, essential for achieving high-quality sound.
The aluminum platter of the Pro-Ject Debut EVO 2 is dampened on the inside with a TPE ring to eliminate unwanted resonances. The platter's weight of 1.7 kg ensures stability during rotation. This anti-magnetic disc allows the use of MC cartridges and the transition to True Balanced Connection technology (requires compatible cables and phono preamp).
Debut EVO 2 features a high-quality 8.6-inch tonearm with a carbon fiber tube and a massive aluminum bearing construction. The low-friction tonearm bearing ensures precise, stable, and accurate tracking. The carbon material offers high rigidity while maintaining a lightweight design, providing incredible sound quality and convincing soundstage.
The headshell for mounting the cartridge is integrated with the tonearm tube, preventing unwanted resonances and ensuring a solid physical connection with the cartridge. The proprietary MM cartridge Pro-Ject Pick It MM EVO comes pre-installed on the tonearm.
The motor suspension in the Debut EVO 2 effectively eliminates noise during operation, borrowed from Pro-Ject's High-End models, proving its efficiency.
Pro-Ject Debut EVO 2 is equipped with electronic speed change for vinyl rotation, using the SpeedBox electronic circuit for precise speed stabilization.
