Pro-Ject A1 Fully Automatic Turntable
The Pro-Ject A1 is a fully automatic turntable, making it incredibly easy to start enjoying your vinyl records with just the push of a button. The tonearm will automatically lower the stylus to the beginning of the first track on the record. Once playback is complete, the tonearm will lift and return to its original position. The Pro-Ject A1 is built on an MDF chassis and features an aluminum platter. It comes equipped with a phono preamp and includes an Ortofon OM 10 cartridge, all perfectly set up at the factory.

Fully Automatic Operation
The Pro-Ject A1 turntable features automatic operation for seamless playback. Simply press a button to start playing your vinyl. The tonearm will guide the stylus to the beginning of the first track and gently lower it onto the groove. Once the final chords of the last track fade out, the tonearm will automatically lift and return to its original position.
Sturdy Construction
Constructed on a sturdy MDF chassis with damping supports to minimize vibrations, the Pro-Ject A1 also features an aluminum platter with an inner ring to dampen resonances. The motor is connected to an electronic circuit that ensures stable performance.
Electronic Speed Control
Changing the playback speed (33 1/3 or 45 RPM) on the Pro-Ject A1 turntable is as easy as pressing a button.
Aluminum Tonearm and Cartridge
The Pro-Ject A1 features a lightweight 8.6-inch aluminum tonearm and a specially designed cartridge holder made of carbon-based composite material. The turntable comes with the Ortofon OM 10 MM cartridge pre-installed.
Ready to Use
The Pro-Ject A1 comes completely set up from the factory, requiring minimal effort for initial installation. It includes a built-in phono preamp for easy connection to any amplifier's line input, as well as the signature non-detachable Connect It E phono cable.
