StudioLive 32S - this is a 32-channel digital mixer for use on stage and in the studio. In its third released version, the mixer is an integrated software-hardware system with 33 touch-sensitive, motorized faders and 33 recall XMAX preamps. PreSonus Capture
This software is an intuitive and reliable tool for multitrack recording or virtual soundcheck. PreSonus Capture is installed directly in the firmware of the StudioLive 32S, so you can leave your laptop at home. This feature makes it easy to record to the built-in SD recorder in StudioLive. Once the recording is done, you can simply transfer the Capture session to the Studio One Professional program for Mac or Windows PC (included). The settings you made on the console will also be transferred to Studio One, including fader levels, Fat Channel settings, and any drum solos.
Fat Channel
The built-in Fat Channel feature on the StudioLive 32S has been completely revamped. The new Fat Channel is a plug-in style workflow with the ability to include vintage-style equalizers or compression in the chain for each channel, from classic tube limiters to passive equalizers. In addition to channel processing, StudioLive 32S offers a 6-band fully parametric equalizer on all mix outputs.
Personalized Settings
PreSonus designed the StudioLive 32S digital mixer to adapt to your changing needs, whether you are mixing in the studio or on a busy festival stage. You can individually customize the 16 FlexMixes on the StudioLive 32S to function as an auxiliary bus, subgroup, or matrix mix. Four dedicated effect buses provide a total of 24 mix buses, as well as an independent solo bus and main mix. There are also 24 DCAs provided for easier and more flexible control over channel groups.
Remote Control
StudioLive consoles are equipped with a 1GB Ethernet port, through which you can connect wirelessly to a router or directly to a computer, providing remote control over almost all functions. Mix wirelessly or through a wired network using UC Surface for Mac, Windows, and iPad. You can even add a second, third, or fourth screen to speed up your workflow.
