The Polk Audio Atrium 5 is a two-way all-weather outdoor speaker system with a closed design. It features a 19mm aluminum tweeter and a 127mm mineral-filled polymer mid/woofer manufactured using Dynamic Balance technology. The operational temperature range is from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius, with a power range of 10 watts to 100 watts.
The frequency range is from 60 Hz to 25 kHz. The new Polk Audio Atrium 5 speakers have the additional feature of angle mounting and still meet US military standards for operation in harsh salt and sand conditions. They can withstand temperatures as low as -30 degrees Celsius and as high as 50 degrees Celsius.
