The compact Impulse 49 controller combines the best of your music software and MIDI equipment. The keyboard, consisting of 49 semi-weighted keys, offers a feel very close to that of a "real" piano.
Impulse is a range of professional USB/MIDI controllers equipped with convenient keyboards and controllers, programmable via Automap 4 – the latest version of Novation's exclusive software.
The range includes models with 25, 49, and 61 keys, powered by USB. Impulse features 8 encoders, 9 faders, and 9 assignable buttons (the Novation Impulse 25 model has only 1 fader and 1 button). Notable features include a large graphic LCD display, 8 backlit pads for added convenience when working with Ableton Live and drum instruments.
Impulse controllers come with the Novation Bass Station analog bass synthesizer and a Loopmasters sample library.
