TWS headphones MoonDrop Moca represent the next generation after the popular Nekocake model, designed with the principles of good design by Dieter Rams in mind. These headphones aim to combine high sound quality with comfort and ease of use, providing users with a modern audiophile experience.
Moca is equipped with a 10mm dynamic driver with a titanium-ceramic dome diaphragm, providing a wide frequency range and low distortion levels. This driver not only enhances performance at high frequencies but also reduces nonlinear distortion, positively impacting detail and sound clarity.
The headphones feature a hybrid ANC system that combines feedforward and feedback noise cancellation (FF+FB), effectively combating noise in various conditions. The physical construction of the acoustic channels also helps minimize wind interference, particularly useful outdoors. Additionally, a wear sensor automatically turns ANC on or off depending on whether the headphones are inserted in the ears.
A long press on the touch controls switches active noise cancellation to transparency mode, allowing users to hear ambient sounds without removing the headphones. This is useful for safe headphone use in urban settings or during conversations.
MoonDrop Moca supports five bass presets to adapt to different music genres and preferences. Users can choose between standard, reference, ultra bass, and other modes, easily switching between them via the MoonDrop Link 2.0 app.
The headphones support the latest LC3 audio codec standard, providing high sound quality with low energy consumption. This is important for stable and long-lasting operation when using Bluetooth 5.4 wireless connectivity.
MOCA features customizable touch controls, allowing users to tailor the headphones to their needs through the proprietary MoonDrop Link 2.0 app. The app can adjust ANC and transparency mode switching functions, as well as other control parameters.
You can activate the gaming mode by tapping the touchpad four times, in gaming mode, the headphones provide ultra-low signal transmission latency, not exceeding 55 ms. This mode is useful for computer games and movie watching.
Thanks to the lid opening sensor of the charging case, the headphones automatically connect to the last device when removed. If a reset or reconnection is required, simply press the button on the charging case.
