The speakers use the unique patented CGD (Curved Groove Damping) technology to control resonances occurring on their cabinet. This creates varying distances between the edges of the panels at any point on their surface, limiting unwanted resonance and eliminating the occurrence of extra overtones from material that color the sound. It also provides impressive clarity in the bass, amazing for such a compact speaker system.
