The Moon by Simaudio MiND 2 is the second generation network streamer that supports streaming protocols such as DLNA, UPnP, and internet radio. The device is compatible with streaming services including Roon Ready, Tidal Masters, Deezer Hi-Fi, Qobuz Sublime+, and Tune-In. The main goal of the network streamer is to fully unleash the potential of the digital-to-analog converter by delivering high-quality digital data stream to it.

The MiND 2 allows you to organize your music collection in various ways such as by genre, artist, album, date, etc. The user-friendly interface works seamlessly with popular devices like Apple iPod, iPad, and iPhone (an Android application is planned for the future). Once your music collection is organized according to your preferences, you can play tracks or albums in full, create playlists, and use multiple zones in your home for listening to different music libraries simultaneously.
The Sim Audio Moon MiND 2 streamer outputs digital audio signals (Toslink, SPDIF, AES/EBU), allowing any digital-to-analog converter to achieve its maximum sound potential. Additional support for wireless audio via Bluetooth and aptX codec ensures easy connectivity to your wireless devices. The MiND App, available for Android and iOS users, allows you to configure zones and control playback using SimLink technology. The streamer supports formats like Wave, FLAC, FLAC HD, AIF, AAC, ALAC, MP3, WMA-9, OGG Vorbis up to 24-bit/192 kHz.
Unlike most network players and streamers, the Sim Audio Moon MiND does not have a built-in digital-to-analog converter. It serves as a transport between the digital music library and the digital-to-analog converter, focusing solely on receiving and passing on the signal without any processing. Connection sources are limited to network connections via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth with aptX codec support (DLNA 1.5 is supported). Indicators on the front panel display the signal source and its quality.
The built-in SimLink interface allows you to control other SimLink-compatible Moon devices using the Neo MiND app without the need for a traditional remote control, reducing the number of remotes to one. The compact Sim Audio Moon MiND 2 streamer is half the size of standard devices, with dimensions of 17.8 cm width, 28 cm length, and 7.6 cm height.
