And on the other hand, despite their size, the Monitor Audio Silver 300 7G is still smaller than the flagship model in this lineup, making them more convenient for placement in smaller interior spaces.

Another feature of these speakers is their three-way configuration. The Monitor Audio Silver 300 7G has a dedicated midrange driver for reproducing mid-range frequencies, providing the most articulate and natural reproduction of vocals and acoustic instruments. The Silver 300 7G speakers are equipped with a gold dome tweeter with C-CAM technology, the same as the other speakers in the 7G series. The high-frequency driver is installed in the second-generation Uniform Dispersion Waveguide, which aligns its directivity diagram and enhances efficiency.
The Monitor Audio Silver 300 7G features a 3-inch midrange driver and two 6-inch woofers, all equipped with C-CAM diaphragms - a "sandwich" structure of ceramic and magnesium-aluminum alloy. The diaphragm geometry is also unique, using RST II technology for increased rigidity and excellent resistance to resonance and bending.
The drivers are connected to a new crossover made of select components and equipped with two pairs of input terminals. The speaker cabinets are made of thick MDF and reinforced internally to eliminate unwanted sound coloration. The narrow width of the Monitor Audio Silver 300 7G meets modern design trends. To give the speakers stability, they are equipped with bases that slightly exceed the base area. Spikes and damping pads are included with the speakers.
The Monitor Audio Silver 300 7G speakers feature a dual bass reflex system located on the rear panel. Considering the small size of the speakers and the associated physical limitation of bass depth, placing them near a wall can enhance the mid-bass response and overall sound richness. However, some experimentation may be needed.
The speakers are equipped with dual input terminals, allowing for bi-wiring/bi-amping if desired.
