ReLoad is the seventh studio album by Metallica, released in 1997. In fact, ReLoad is the second part of the previously released album "Load", since all the songs (except for the track "The Unforgiven II") were written at the same time (from the end of 1994 to the first half of 1995). The album turned out to be more experimental and diverse.
Metallica is an American metal band formed in 1981. They perform music in the thrash metal and heavy metal styles. Metallica has had a major influence on the development of metal and is (along with Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax) one of the "big four of thrash metal". Metallica's albums have sold a total of over 100 million copies worldwide, making it the most commercially successful metal band. In 2011, one of the largest metal music magazines, Kerrang!, in its June issue recognized Metallica as the best metal band of the last 30 years.
