The new Marantz CINEMA 50 includes seven HDMI inputs and three outputs for all your favorite sources. This AV receiver supports Audyssey MultEQ room correction technology. Other supported Audyssey features include Dynamic EQ and Dynamic Volume. The receiver is also compatible with the Audyssey MultEQ editor app for more individualized tuning, as well as the Audyssey MultEQ-X software available in the Microsoft store. Pre-amplifier Mode
In Pre-amplifier Mode, your receiver functions as an ideal AV pre-amplifier with the latest HDMI connectivity options. Pre-amplifier Mode provides a cleaner signal path and greater clipping level stability by disabling the internal amplifiers. The receiver is equipped with 9.4-channel pre-amplifier outputs. You can also selectively disable certain speaker channels to utilize the built-in amplification of the receiver for non-critical channels, thereby obtaining a cleaner signal path for channels controlled by external amplification, such as Front L+R.
Enjoy the best of both worlds. Phono input to support turntable/vinyl playback. With the built-in phono equalizer, you can directly connect your turntable to the AV receiver's MM inputs and enjoy playing vinyl records. Experience your vintage collection with exceptional quality and sound.

Two subwoofer modes (standard and directional)
Providing you with even more freedom to adjust the subwoofer settings according to your preference when connecting more than 2 subwoofers. Choose "Standard" if you want the bass to be evenly distributed throughout the room. Audyssey sub EQ HT will be engaged to provide a global filter for all subwoofers and give you a wider sweet spot in the room. Choose "Directional" if you want more directional bass to seamlessly integrate with each nearest speaker channel to each subwoofer. Bass feels different depending on where you are seated in the room.
Backlit remote control
