The chassis itself, according to the manufacturer, is covered in copper. The side lighting on the front panel can be turned on and off as desired, and less frequently used control elements are cleverly hidden behind the front cover. The aluminum remote control has a well-thought-out design and backlighting, making operation easier in dark environments.
At the core of the Marantz Cinema 30 is a balanced monolithic 11-channel amplifier - the most advanced scheme in the AVR category. The amplifier channel is installed on a separate board opposite the power source, designed to provide clean, instant power with low distortion.
The digital performance of the Marantz Cinema 30 is ensured by a powerful set of Analog Devices SHARC Dual-DSP and modern 32-bit ESS SABRE digital-to-analog converters with special jitter suppression. As a result, a powerful digital platform is created that accurately decodes any incoming audio signal - from high-resolution stereo to the latest immersive audio formats such as Dolby Atmos, IMAX Enhanced, DTS:X Pro, and Auro-3D. Audyssey MultEQ-XT32 is also used for room optimization.
Factors such as speaker size and distance, as well as level adjustment using the included microphone, are automatically calibrated. Optionally, a paid upgrade to Dirac Live is possible, providing fully optimized bass integration for four independent subwoofers.
The Marantz Cinema 30 has extensive scaling capabilities and can be used for various system configurations. Seven HDMI inputs with support for 8K video and the new HD screen master setup provide smooth adjustment and setup. Numerous analog and digital inputs, as well as various customization options, allow you to adapt the CINEMA 30 for any application - from small media rooms to large home theaters.
Of course, the HEOS multi-room platform is included again. This ensures easy integration of various streaming services. In combination with Spotify Connect, AirPlay 2, and Bluetooth, the amplifier provides access to a wide range of mobile devices and usage scenarios.
