Design and Housing
The Cinema Ultra LCR 100-THX speakers have a strict, restrained, and attractive appearance. The housing is made of thin but sturdy panels, making the speakers capable of withstanding significant mechanical impacts. The speakers are available in a single color option (black vinyl film), blending perfectly into a modern and elegant interior.
The medium-sized housing measures 520 x 280 x 188mm with a total weight of 12.5kg. The devices have a power rating of 50W with a peak value of 350W, suitable for a small and cozy home theater in an apartment or private house. A fabric grille can be placed on the front panel to protect the drivers from damage and dust.
The speakers can be placed on a shelf or wall-mounted using a special bracket. The Magnat Cinema Ultra LCR 100-THX speakers have magnetic shielding, allowing them to be placed next to a television or other equipment. They can be connected using standard gold-plated screw terminals located on the rear panel.
Drivers and Sound Quality
The Cinema Ultra LCR 100-THX speakers are equipped with two 170mm mid- and low-frequency drivers with polymer cone diffusers. Additionally, the speakers feature a 40mm high-frequency driver with a composite dome. Magnat speakers impress with the clarity and realism of sound across the frequency range, from lows at 80Hz to highs at 27kHz. The high-quality crossover, tuned at 1550Hz, separates the tweeter and mid/low frequency bands.
The amazing sound quality and wide acoustic stage are achieved through the technical features of the Cinema Ultra series speakers: well-balanced cabinet geometry, strategic driver placement, and patented technologies. The system has an overall sensitivity of 93dB with an impedance of 4-8 Ohms.
