The Magnat Signature 909 is the flagship model in the 900 series. This is a floor-standing four-way speaker with two woofers and a phase inverter. It is capable of reproducing the lowest frequencies down to 22 Hz and, despite its power, does not require too high demands on the connected amplification electronics.
Features:
- Tweeter module with dual Hi-Res certified fmax diaphragm drivers;
- 4-way speaker with Bass Reflex technology;
- Low and mid-range frequency driver with ceramic-aluminum membrane + aluminum alloy basket;
- Spikes for safe installation and acoustic isolation.
The low and mid-range drivers with ventilated cast frames are a Klippel-optimized design. Their ceramic-aluminum sandwich diaphragms are equipped with inverted dust caps. The drivers are combined with the phase and amplitude-optimized APOC crossover with high-quality internal wiring and output to a massive terminal panel with sealed connectors.
It is possible to connect either bi-wiring or bi-amping using cable jumpers. The drivers are protected by a removable fabric grille with hidden magnetic fastening. With a rated (maximum) power of 280 (500) watts, the Magnat Signature 909 speaker system, according to the manufacturer, demonstrates a sensitivity of 93 dB and a lower limit down to 22 Hz.
The Magnat Signature 909 cabinet can have a black lacquer finish or be finished with glossy lacquered veneer made of natural wood (macassar). Silicone feet or height-adjustable metal spikes with locking nuts and interchangeable tips can be used as supports.
