Mackie CR8-XBT are semi-active 2-way multimedia monitors, with a set power of 160W, featuring 8" LF + 0.75" HF drivers, 40Hz-20kHz frequency range, Bluetooth, ProTools software, plugins, isolation stands, and cables included (price is for the set). Mackie CR8-XBT is a pair of multimedia monitors from the Creative Reference series that offer a compact solution for high-quality sound reproduction in home studios and gaming setups. With 160W of amplification and 8-inch low-frequency drivers and 0.75-inch high-frequency tweeters, the CR8-XBT monitors are suitable for home studios, content creation, or music listening. The pair consists of one passive monitor and one active monitor, which are connected with the included cable. Each monitor has a custom rear port for smooth low-end extension and a specially-designed waveguide for clarity and accurate high-frequency dispersion.
With an abundance of inputs/outputs, the CR8-XBT can receive signals from your audio interface, computer sound card, or wirelessly via Bluetooth from your mobile device. Additionally, for convenience, there is a 1/8" headphone output on the front panel. The CR8-XBT includes DAW ProTools | First and a set of plugins that includes 23 high-quality plugins. Mackie CR8-XBT semi-active monitors consist of one active monitor with a built-in amplifier and one passive monitor that connects to the active monitor.
