Home version of a compact, high-quality studio headphone amplifier. The G103-S MK2 is designed to provide ultra-low levels of noise and distortion. This amplifier allows for the connection of two pairs of headphones. Unlike similar models, the overall gain of the amplifier can be adjusted to better match specific headphones by making use of internal jumpers. With this technology, the G103-S MK2 can effectively drive nearly any existing headphone model with an impedance ranging from 8 to 600 Ohms.
Ensuring reliability, even in harsh or improper operating conditions, was a key objective during the development process. Consequently, the device is completely immune to short circuits. Additionally, the G103-S MK2 features filters that prevent overload from inaudible low and high frequencies.
The chassis of the G103-S MK2 is composed of black anodized aluminum, which provides exceptional mechanical stability and resistance to rough handling. The surfaces of the chassis guarantee excellent electrical conductivity, thus ensuring optimal EMC characteristics.
