Hodur's hybrid construction includes a highly sensitive, low-powered electrostatic driver, a balanced armature driver K10012 BA, and a 10mm composite material dynamic radiator.
Thanks to Hodur's special acoustic design, the performance of all drivers has been well optimized. All frequency ranges are rich in accurate tonal layers and detailed sound.
Kinera's proprietary dynamic driver features high sensitivity, low power consumption, and a 10mm Tesla diaphragm consisting of two magnets, allowing for high-quality sound reproduction.
Hodur's housing is made of aviation-grade aluminum alloy, which is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. A ventilation hole for air release is made using 5-axis CNC machining technology.
The material used for the headphones meets high requirements, effectively reducing housing vibration. In addition, the housing is anodized, making Hodur durable and wear-resistant.
Kinera engineers hand-assemble and polish each individual Hodur unit.

The silver-plated cable has high sound signal transmission efficiency and stable impedance. The complex structure of silver coating and twisted wires ensures the complete preservation of sound signal details in each frequency band. The outer cable sheath is made of high-permeability and soft PVC, which not only better protects the cable but also reduces the stethoscope effect.
The modular design allows for easy replacement of plugs for connection to various sources, such as a player with a 4.4mm balanced output.
