INXS is an Australian rock band founded in 1977. The band's popularity peaked in 1987 with the release of the multi-platinum album "Kick". In 1997, frontman Michael Hutchence committed suicide and the band broke up for a while. The musicians subsequently attempted to work with another vocalist, but they were unsuccessful, so in 2012 it was decided to disband the band.
