Focal Chorus N2 is a three-way floor-standing speaker system with four drivers and two bass reflex ports, combining the elegance of understated design with the refinement of modern high-precision acoustics.
It incorporates Focal technologies such as the Slatefiber cone, made from recycled carbon fibers in our French workshops, and the TAM tweeter with an inverted "M"-shaped dome for enhanced high frequencies.

- Combination of 4 drivers: two 6.5-inch (165mm) woofers, one 6.5-inch (165mm) midrange driver, and a 1-inch (25mm) tweeter
- The tweeter is made of an aluminum-magnesium alloy and features an inverted dome shape, providing improved high-frequency reproduction
- The proprietary Slatefiber technology used in the speaker drivers consists of non-woven carbon fibers laid in a single direction, resulting in greater stiffness, better damping, and lightness
- High-quality screw terminals ensure secure connection of the speaker cables
- Two bass reflex ports located in the front and rear: the front port allows flexibility in speaker placement, while the rear port enhances low-frequency extension and increases soundstage depth
- Magnetic grilles with no visible mounting holes improve the speaker's visual appearance when removed

High Sound Detailing with Slatefiber Cone
The Slatefiber technology, developed by Focal, uses recycled non-woven carbon fibers as the filler material sandwiched between two layers of thermoplastic polymer. In their quest for excellence, Focal engineers decided to position the non-woven carbon fibers in a single direction to achieve even greater stiffness, better damping, and lightness - the three main ingredients for an exceptional driver.
Inverted Dome "M"-shaped Tweeter
This tweeter, also manufactured in Focal's workshops in France, features an inverted dome diaphragm made of an aluminum-magnesium alloy and cast in the famous "M"-shaped form - a Focal exclusive. This profile provides increased stiffness, reduced distortion, and a wider dispersion angle for even finer high frequencies.
Front Bass Reflex Port
The front bass reflex port of the Chorus N2 is positioned to ensure that the speaker's sound quality is not affected by placement issues, allowing you to place it close to walls without compromise. There is also a rear port on the back of the cabinet for enhanced low-frequency performance and soundstage depth.
