The Focal TRIO11 BE is a studio three-way active sound monitor with 550W of amplifier power. This nearfield and midfield monitor meets the requirements of the most demanding sound engineers, thanks to its exceptional linearity, precise stereo sound, and ability to reproduce the finest nuances. The Class G amplification used on the midrange driver and subwoofer allows for high sound pressure levels, in line with modern music requirements.
The Focal TRIO11 BE features a high level of sound pressure, making it versatile for use in nearfield and midfield positions, as well as installations. Like the Trio6 Be, the Trio11 Be is a three-way speaker system that can be remote-switched to a two-way mode using the FOCUS function (footswitch not included). In addition to new drivers (5" midrange and 10" woofer), this monitor incorporates the latest acoustic and electronic technologies to minimize distortion and ensure silent operation. The Trio11 Be has an extended frequency response (30 Hz - 40 kHz) and a sound pressure level of 118 dB. Its ability to reproduce the finest details, accurate stereo imaging, and incredible dynamics make the Trio11 Be a new benchmark in its class.
The speakers in the system with composite sandwich diaphragms provide high linearity, a flat frequency response, and low distortion. The use of a concave beryllium tweeter ensures optimal dispersion. The tweeter and midrange driver are housed in separate isolated chambers. The bass reflex ports are located on the front panel, allowing the monitor to be placed close to a wall.
