Focal Theva №1 Shelf Speaker System
The Focal Theva №1 is a bookshelf speaker system that performs exceptionally well in small spaces. Clear high, mid, and low frequencies are achieved thanks to two Focal developments for Hi-Fi sound reproduction: the TNF tweeter and the driver with a Slatefiber composite membrane.

Clear High-Frequency Range
The Focal Theva №1 speaker system is equipped with a 25mm tweeter with an inverted dome made of aluminum and magnesium. The dome suspension is made of industrial Poron polyurethane with a memory effect. With very high damping properties, the suspension reduces distortion in the range of 2000 to 3000 Hz by a third, which is where the human ear is most sensitive. The tweeter used in the Focal Theva series provides purity and softness to high frequencies and guarantees an impressively stable soundstage.
Detailed Reproduction
The Theva N1 speaker utilizes a 165mm mid-range/woofer driver with a Slatefiber diffuser—a unique Focal development made in France from recycled non-woven carbon fiber and thermoplastic polymer. The membranes made from this material combine high rigidity, lightness, and excellent damping properties, providing rich, dynamic, and balanced sound.
Elegant Design
The speaker system is available in three elegant finish colors: Black, Dark Wood, and Light Wood. The side panels with a wood texture coating add warmth and coziness to the appearance. The design fits well not only in classic but also in modern interiors, blending perfectly with furniture in various styles. Additional grilles with magnetic attachments match the appearance of the speaker system while protecting the drivers.
