TMD Suspension Technology
The technology provides a linear frequency response in the range of 1 to 4 kHz, significantly reducing distortion in this range. Neutral inductance scheme: stabilizing the magnetic field was a complex task that had to be overcome to avoid harmonic distortions and intermodulation. Research conducted allowed Focal engineers to develop an extremely stable magnetic circuit.
Acoustic Sophistication
The entire crossover system in the new drivers has been thoroughly reworked to provide even greater accuracy. The rigidity of the Stella Utopia EM EVO cabinet has been increased with reinforcing rings around the drivers, enhancing overall acoustic consistency.
Real-World Testing
Focal engineers selected components on the market, choosing them from the best global brands after real-world testing. All internal wiring in the blocks is made in France. In studying the aspects of connecting these new loudspeakers, Focal decided to increase the wire thickness by 20%. As for the bass register, the acoustic lining made of wool embedded in the cabinet was thickened for even denser bass with greater control and precision.
Each speaker module is separate. Several speaker cabinets and Stella Utopia EM EVO are connected like a spine. They can be oriented using a lever. This focusing adjustment function allows you to perfectly tune the sound field to match your interior.
Metallic Colors
The Focal Stella Utopia EM EVO speakers are distinguished by their distinctive colors inspired by the automotive universe. Stella Utopia EM Evo is available in metallic blue, ash grey, and British Racing Green, in addition to the timeless black lacquer and Carrara white. The Utopia Evo form remains the same, only in an updated modern style.
The speaker cabinet is completely covered in a single-color lacquer: the front and side panels will now be identical. Detailing is also paramount; black color actively returns with graphite-black finishes on the baskets and tweeter housing.
