Compact, stylish, and captivating, the Diablo Utopia EVO acoustic system embodies Focal's traditions in the production of bookshelf speakers. Inspired by the Grande Utopia EM system, it brings a completely new level of bass reproduction, thanks to the 165mm woofer with the patented Power Flower system and the matching phase inverter.

Installed on standard floor stands, the Diablo Utopia III EVO system mesmerizes with its ability to reproduce mid and high frequencies, rich bass, and unprecedented power.
The low and mid-frequency range is handled by Focal's traditional woofer with a surprisingly light and rigid 165mm woofer, consisting of two layers of glass fiber with a syntactic foam layer and mounted on a half-roll suspension. Another distinctive feature of the woofer is its Power Flower magnetic system. Indeed, its shape resembles a six-petal magnetic flower. This design not only increases power but also enhances magnetic field focus. The basket features not a ring magnet, but six individual neodymium elements, creating a uniform and powerful magnetic field.
The high-frequency section includes the famous IAL-2 tweeter with a beryllium inverted dome. The magnetic system is shaped like a Laval reactive nozzle, and the area behind it acts as a Helmholtz resonator tuned to the tweeter's resonance frequency.
The cabinet is designed using the same Gamma method as other Utopia models - it considers vibration distribution and disperses it along the curved walls to minimize its impact on sound. The cabinet is made of MDF panels, some areas reaching a thickness of five centimeters. At the bottom of the front panel, there is a slot-type phase inverter.
