The Focal Bathys MG is a new generation of wireless headphones from the renowned Focal brand. Unlike the classic Bathys model, the MG model features 40mm signature Focal magnesium drivers, manufactured in France, similar to those used in the brand's top models. They are very lightweight and rigid, ensuring clear, highly detailed, high-quality sound with impressive bass and crystal-clear high frequencies. The USB-DAC mode provides high-resolution sound up to 24-bit/192kHz.
The Bathys MG headphones are equipped with Bluetooth 5.2 with support for Apt-X and Apt-X Adaptive codecs and Google Fast Pair technology for quick and easy pairing with Android phones. The model offers multiple connection options: wireless Bluetooth with multi-point connectivity and wired connection via mini Jack 3.5mm or USB.
The Focal Bathys MG wireless headphones offer 30 hours of battery life in Bluetooth mode, 35 hours of standalone operation when connected via the analog 3.5mm jack, and 42 hours in USB-DAC mode (cables included in the package). The fast-charging feature allows you to get an additional 5 hours of playback in just 15 minutes.
Two noise cancellation modes are available for maximum adaptation to external conditions: Silent mode for complete suppression of loud noise, for example, on a plane or train, and Soft mode for better concentration during work at home or in the office. Additionally, the Transparency mode allows you to hear ambient sounds when needed.
The Bathys MG are part of the Focal High-End headphones line, characterized by refined aesthetics. The headphones feature a warm chestnut finish inspired by the Clear MG model. The traditional logo on the cups is equipped with backlighting that can be turned off.
