The TAM tweeter is an innovative development by Focal, manufactured in France. Providing a wide dispersion angle and higher sound resolution without directionality, this tweeter, with its inverted "M" shaped aluminum-magnesium dome diffuser, flawlessly maintains harmonic balance, detailed reproducing high frequencies.
The TMD suspension with damper is a patented innovation by Focal that emphasizes mid frequencies and eliminates any unwanted vibrations. Mid frequencies require effective control as the suspension is located between the speaker's rigid enclosure and the moving diffuser. Thanks to our acoustic experts, we have found a solution: the TMD technology, which stabilizes the suspension to enhance tonal uniformity and sound neutrality.
The Aria Evo X speakers are available in three finishing options: Black High Gloss, Prime Walnut, and Moss Green High Gloss. The leather-finished fronts of these options further highlight the sophistication and unique character of the products. Included magnetic covers ensure a neat integration into your interior.
The Focal-patented Flax diffuser, crafted in our workshops, is a multi-layer "sandwich" construction made from French flax fiber sandwiched between two layers of glass fabric. Meeting all the requirements for high-quality products of its kind, this diffuser is lightweight to maintain high dynamic characteristics, rigid for bass retention, damping for neutral, natural, uncolored sound, rich sound saturation in the midrange, and powerful low-frequency impact.
