Special attention was paid to tone matching to achieve consistency and coherence in sound across all configurations. The addition of the multi-layer Flax diffusers of the speakers ensures high sound transparency, enhances clarity, and adds texture to the vocals.

The TAM tweeter is an innovative development by Focal, made in France. This speaker provides a wide dispersion angle and higher sound resolution with no directionality. Made of an aluminum-magnesium alloy with an inverted M-shaped dome diffuser, it impeccably maintains harmonic balance, accurately and cleanly reproducing high frequencies.
The TMD suspension with a damper is a patented innovation by Focal that emphasizes mid frequencies and eliminates all unwanted vibrations. Mid frequencies require effective management since the suspension is located between the solid speaker cabinet and the moving diffuser. Thanks to the expertise of our acoustics specialists, we have found a solution: the TMD technology, which stabilizes the suspension to enhance tonal consistency and sound neutrality.
The Aria Evo X series speakers are available in three finishes: Black High Gloss, Prime Walnut, and Moss Green High Gloss. The leather-like facades of the different finish options further emphasize the sophistication and unique character of the products. Magnetic covers included with the speakers ensure a neat integration into the interior.
The Flax diffuser, patented by Focal and manufactured in our workshops, is a multi-layer "sandwich" construction made of fiber (French flax) sandwiched between two layers of glass fabric. The diffuser meets all the requirements for high-quality products of this kind: it is lightweight to maintain high dynamic characteristics, rigid to retain bass, damping for a neutral, natural, and uncolored sound, rich sound saturation in the midrange, and powerful impact at low frequencies.
