In the C106 cable, high-precision 2-pin connectors from a well-known Swiss manufacturer are used. The high-purity OFC silver-coated cables provide a wide soundstage. These collaboratively designed cables were originally designed and are currently produced by the well-known Junkosha corporation for use with the "Kei" supercomputer due to their high signal transmission speed. The cable insulation is made of a film manufactured from PFA polymer by Junkosha, using their extensive know-how under the JUNFLON brand to create a material with low dielectric permeability.
The outer braid is made of PVC to provide maximum flexibility. Users will experience incredible flexibility, making the cable extremely easy to use while reducing the likelihood of microphone interference. In addition, the 2-PIN connector and 4.4mm mini jack tend to disconnect, so the developers significantly exceeded the standard quality testing criteria by conducting 5000 bend tests, changing the connection design to withstand over 50,000 bends.
