The FiiO FT3 are full-size open-back dynamic headphones with Hi-Res Audio certification. Specifically designed lightweight diaphragm, large driver diameter, asymmetric magnetic circuit design, and high impedance of 350 ohms - these headphones are crafted to deliver pleasure with a wide soundstage featuring clear highs and mids along with deep, rich bass.

60mm Driver The large driver diameter allows the headphones to reproduce low frequencies more effortlessly, resulting in deeper-sounding bass. Additionally, a diaphragm of this size can provide higher output power, ensuring clean sound with minimal signal distortion.
DLC Diaphragm The diaphragm plays a crucial role in the dynamic driver, and not every material can deliver clean sound at such a large diameter. After countless tests, FiiO developed a diamond-like carbon (DLC) diaphragm with a lightweight beryllium-coated suspension. This material selection makes the diaphragm lightweight yet incredibly rigid, resisting non-linear distortions across an extended frequency range.
350 Ohm Impedance Headphones with high impedance are believed to better filter out noise, leading to cleaner sound for the listener. Following this principle, FiiO designed the FT3 with a high resistance of 350 ohms.
Asymmetric Magnetic System The FT3 utilizes powerful neodymium N52 magnets to deliver top-quality sound at 350 ohms impedance. The magnets are positioned asymmetrically in the external and internal magnetic systems, providing enhanced control over the sound coil. During sound reproduction, the magnets effectively stabilize the movements of the coil and diaphragm, especially during large dynamic changes.
Lightweight Construction The FT3's exterior is entirely made of an aluminum alloy, offering an excellent blend of lightweight feel and durability. The hexagonal mesh design gives the FT3 a sci-fi theme, setting them apart from other open-back headphones.
Open-Back Design The FT3's open design allows air to escape during driver membrane movement, creating a wider soundstage while reducing unwanted vibrations and resonances.
Comfortable Fit To ensure maximum comfort for listeners of all face and head shapes, FiiO Labs designed the headphones with 3-axis rotation for the headband and ear cups. A proper fit not only guarantees comfort but also allows the driver to direct sound into the listener's ears at the correct angle, improving listening quality.
Angled Driver The FT3's driver is positioned at an angle to the ear cup, parallel to the listener's ear to prevent high-frequency sounds from colliding with the ear contour and entering the ear canal. Additionally, the angled driver layout reduces unwanted resonances with sound waves reflected from the rear wall.
Two Sets of Earpads The FT3 comes with 2 sets of earpads that offer different sound characteristics. The suede pads create a more atmospheric sound with balanced audio and lighter, airy bass. The artificial leather earpads reproduce a more detailed sound, clean on the highs, but with deeper lows.
4 Interchangeable Connectors Included Straight out of the box, the FiiO FT3 headphones come with 4 interchangeable plugs of different types: 3.5mm, 4.4mm, 6.35mm, and a balanced 4-pin XLR connector.
Leather Case To protect the headphones during storage, the FT3 includes a lightweight and stylish leather case.
